Operational panel for product research
An editorially dense interface for teams to track interviews, hypotheses, and evidence without losing context.
Problem
Product teams were spreading research inputs across spreadsheets, documents, and meetings. The proposal organized tracking into a single surface without turning it into a generic dashboard.
System
The interface prioritizes density, hierarchy, and comparison. Components were designed for repeated reading: compact lists, status markers, predictable filters, and evidence areas kept close to their context.
Learning
The project reinforced the importance of treating internal tools as real work environments. Less decoration, more rhythm, legibility, and small decisions that reduce everyday friction.
