Context

Simpool needed to be presented as more than a list of features. The redesign reframes the product as a synchronized communication platform, connecting channels, campaigns, and intelligence into a single flow.

The work started with the value proposition: turning a technical offer into a clearer message for businesses that need to scale communication without increasing operational complexity.

Direction

The site narrative was structured around synchronization, scale, and trust. WhatsApp, email, and SMS appear as parts of the same system, while product blocks explain the value of automation, real-time data, AI, and security.

Visually, the redesign uses high contrast, interface modules, and operational indicators to make the product feel active, measurable, and ready to use.

Outcome

The published prototype repositions Simpool as a communication hub. Instead of selling isolated channels, the site sells a simpler way to orchestrate customer relationships, campaigns, and results.
