Visual system for a city in motion

An identity study for an urban cultural program, combining modular signage, editorial language, and simple rules for street-level applications.

Role
Visual direction, graphic system, and application prototype
Discipline
Visual identity, Art direction
Client
Concept project
Collaborators
Simulated content and photography
Outcome
A flexible system for posters, maps, social assets, and temporary signage.

Context

This case shows how an identity can start from a simple principle: the city as layer, route, and encounter. The system uses blocks, lines, and markers to create pieces that work as both posters and wayfinding.

Process

The exploration started with maps, newspaper grids, and temporary signage references. From there, the project defined a layout family that supports dense information without losing visual rhythm.

Outcome

The result is an expandable language for campaign assets, websites, printed maps, and program announcements. The identity avoids relying on a single key visual and works as a set of rules.
